One year on the road! We are really enjoying Florida - it would be very easy to stay here. The weather is lovely - not too hot but hot enough for swimming most days. Dan celebrates his tenth with minigolf and a trip to Busch Gardens (thanks M&D)! Thanksgiving is a chance for me to experiment on the kids - culinarily speaking of course! I made the pumpkin pie pictured below and in spite of its name (pumpkin??!!) they liked it.
